"I ordered "Encounters of the Spooky Kind", Special UK edition, from HKFlix last year, at a point when it had just become unavailable. Nevertheless, they informed me they would attempt to obtain a copy for me, and kept me updated with weekly notices for months--to a point when I frankly had given up hope of their success. Then, three months later, the disk arrived. I am very impressed and grateful that HKFlix persisted for months and months in obtaining this disk for me. Truly great service!"
